Registration Registration for the upcoming summer and fall is done in early March. The forms are placed in each classroom. To be eligible for registration, all tuition and fees must be paid in full. There is a non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration. A child must attend a minimum of two days. If a parent wishes to change days of attendance, the Director must be informed. There is a $20 bookkeepers fee for changes in registration. Waiting List: A child must be 18 months of age to be placed on the waiting list. This is done by calling the Director, setting up a time for a tour, and then the child is placed on the list. Registration is done in March. If there is space available, the parents will be contacted and the registration process will be begin. The Center is open daily from 6:30 am to 6 pm. The Center is closed at the following times: Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Monday Memorial Day July 4 Last Friday in August -- Teacher Work Day Labor Day Thanksgiving & Friday December 8 -- Feast of the Immaculate Conception Christmas Week -- Dec. 24 - Jan. 2   Tuition Weekly Payment: Tuition paid weekly is due every Monday By 9 A.M. You pay for the upcoming week, not the current week. Monthly Payment: Tuition paid monthly is due the first Monday of the month in advance. A 2% discount is given to those who pay monthly. Sibling Discount: There is a 10% discount on the older sibling's tuition while more than one child is enrolled full time. Absence: Weekly payment remains the same regardless of absence. Illness: If a child is ill in excess of two weeks there will be no tuition charge for days missed after these two weeks. Late Pick up Fee: The Center is open from 6:30 am to 6 pm. There is a $1 per minute for a child picked up after 6 pm.
